Programme profile
Do social media influence how you vote? Does your Instagram account show the real you? Is Twitter as reliable as a newspaper? In this programme, you learn about the world behind our many different forms of communication.
You will study communication on topics such as vaccination, privacy, climate change, and the influence of social media on a person’s self-image. Together with your fellow students, you will work on national and international issues related to communication, and contribute actively to good communication by organisations and companies.
The programme makes use of project-based education. Every semester has an overarching theme, in which you will follow relevant courses and work on a project together with your fellow students. These projects involve particular communication problems for you to analyse and solve, often in collaboration with external companies. This way, you will gain valuable professional experience long before you graduate
